Please note, if your order booking is after 2 PM, then meat will be delivered on the same day subject to availability, otherwise the order will be delivered on following day. Tuesday and Wednesday, our operations remains closed because of meatless days.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approve then your request will be processed, and a credit amount will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet. Please contact us at the email address given on our website.

Exchanges

We only replace items that have a smell or are not in their proper condition after buying. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us with the return request of your item or visit our shop for this specific process.
